Are you feeling the need for more balance, renewal, and resilience in your religious leadership and your life?  Do you want to approach this coming congregation year in some qualitatively different ways? Is this the time for you to develop some perspectives and practices that will sustain you rather than drain you?

Join Larry Peers and Debora Jackson in this online retreat when we will be:

Reflecting on how you might revise some of your limiting narratives about religious leadership

Learning from short presentations on clergy well-being, flourishing in ministry and how these relate to effectiveness

Using your own well-being self-assessments and learning to make specific course corrections on behalf of your well being

Recognizing why self-care is not enough

Experiencing the perspectives and practices of mindfulness and self-compassion

Learning ways to reduce the negative impact of stress on your life and ministry including the practices of HeartMath®

This retreat will get you started on developing a plan for recomposing the next chapter of your religious leadership so that you can move toward sustained well-being in a time where we need to cultivate resilience.

Facilitated by Lawrence Peers and Debora Jackson. Larry and Debora have co-facilitated programs together before and are looking forward to this opportunity to work with you this time in an online retreat.
